Had a real good stay, loved our room and would definitely go back. Everything in this perfectly clean hotel was really good. We were given brand-new, top-notch room on 3rd floors. The breakfast available was bountiful with fresh orange juice and Cake, for example.

We upgraded and had the use of the club room which turned out to be a godsend because we caught one of the few rainy weeks in Barcelona. We were treated with care, had a lovely place to sit and relax and 4 snacks and beverages at no cost. It was superb.

Perfect stay. Staff is excellent. Swimming pool was lovely. I get an upgrade for a suite with view on the Marina. Perfect if you want to get service, beautiful room and close to the beach.

The panoramic views from my room were amazing, showcasing both the sea and city. I really enjoyed the fantastic breakfast options, especially the freshly squeezed juices and a wide variety of pastries. The location is perfect, being close to the beach and not far from the main attractions. I did notice the wifi was quite poor during my stay.

All of the staff were very very friendly and wanted to assist in any way possible. Mr. Carlos Nunez from the concierge desk was such a great person and wasso helpful with all that we asked of him, he was the highlight of our say at Hotel Arts.

The hotel is well situated for enjoying the coast and related amenities; the pool area is very relaxing and well managed/maintained.

The appointments in the room were excellent - except why give a coffee maker if you don't provide cups?
It caters to the cruise crowd and is either understaffed or poorly managed. Everything took far too long to arrive. Our luggage. Our breakfast in the cafe. Plus they charged us for beverages from the mini bar we did not consume, so checking out also took time while this was checked and sorted. whereas the staff is very friendly, they are overwhelmed by numbers and ask you the same thing several times because they do not recognise you from the last time they asked it.

We ate at a really nice restaurant for breakfast. The view over the beach and city from the window was delightful. The location was excellent, you can visit Parc Del Port Olimpic by walking.

missingWrote a review on 23 Octunpleasant smell
Unfortunately, the room had an unpleasant smell, possibly due to dampness from the carpet, and the windows not opening didn't help. While the mattress was okay for some, it was too firm for others in my party, leading to discomfort over time. I also found the pricing for food and drinks excessively high, and getting a spot by the small pool was often challenging. Room cleaning was done later than expected, which disrupted our plans. It was annoying to book a 'city view' room only to find the view obstructed by neighboring buildings.
